Bob called about an hour before they came out. Bob and his helper cleaned my microfiber couch and fabric dining room chairs, along with carpet in a bedroom. I am very happy with the results they got out the stains on the furniture and carpet. Even cleaned the area rug for no charge. Followed up later that night to verify I was happy with the results after everything dried. Would use again. Recommended.
