We have used Lighthouse Plumbing before at our current residence. They showed up hours early for the appointment with no notice, scared our baby sitter and then gave us push back for not being at the residence at the time of their premature arrival. They repaired a tub drain that took about 30 minutes and charged $175.00.
We then called them a few weeks later to repair the shut off valve on our new residence and give a quote for a bath remodel. They gave us a window of Thursday morning between 9-11. They did not show and when we called them to follow up, they advised they were still 45 minutes away. When we asked if we could reschedule, their next appointment was Monday between 12-2.
I'll give a company then benefit of the doubt, but the same issue twice shows their complete disregard for your time is their modus operandi. Would not hire again or recommend to anyone who doesn't have time to burn.

They seem very professional. The pricing is fair. I think they were kind of late. They were professional but they left kind of a mess.

It started leaking again and they came back right away and didn't charge me. Then I had some water accumulation underneath the sink and he said that I was just getting some splash back because I use a lot of water when I am washing the dishes and I splash a lot. He said there wasn't anything they could do about that and he didn't charge me. I am satisfied with them. They seem to be efficient and on time. They were polite. They were willing to come back at no charge when they didn't fix it correctly the first time.

Everything they did was fantastic. They did a speedy and good job. They charged a reasonable amount of money. They arrived on time. They were great and I can't say enough good things about them.
