I called at 830 am and the owner said he might be able to come later in the afternoon. He arrived by mid afternoon and resolved the problems. Fitch was great. He diagnosed the issue and designed the proper solution. He replaced and moved the head , rerouted a line to add two additional heads along house, ensured water pressure would remain, and that the new coverage area was perfect. I've had other companies come out to work on our sprinkler system but they come up with a fix that was easy for them but really wasn't effective for us and or simply do it wrong. If it's professional work you want, then call Fitch . High integrity and high expertise. In the future, I won't call anyone else but Lighthouse . Thanks Fitch!

I contacted Lighthouse Landscaping late morning today after reading good reviews on Angie's List; I wanted to inquire about having a couple of leaky sprinkler heads repaired. Small job, so I was prepared to wait for a few days. I left a message, Fitch returned my call in about an hour, and by 2 pm he was at the house to troubleshoot the problem. I followed him around the yard like a puppy dog, watching hm go step-by-step thru a series of checks until he found the cause of the leaky sprinkler heads ( ...NOT defective sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced, as we'd been told by previous sprinkler repair persons). He inspected the problem area -a leak in the valve box area, if I understood correctly. He attempted a clean-out and adjustment before having to install a new part--which was successful and stopped the leak in both problem sprinkler heads. I'm cautiously optimistic this will take care of the problem - (I say cautiously optimistic because these two sprinkler heads have leaked pretty much continuously since the system was installed a little less than a year ago... despite replacing the sprinkler heads on previous occasions.) But Fitch was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and told me to call him back if there were any further problems. I would recommend him to others, and would call him again for sprinkler service.

Repairs were done at vacation home so we weren't actually there when the work was done. We were afraid of getting an inflated estimate and bill, but we were pleasantly surprised at the quick response and reasonable repair bill. We will use them again for any repairs and will request annual check-ups.

Fitch is simply the best! AAA+++ He is responsive to requests for service, he is skilled, he shows up when promised, he always resolves the issue promptly, and he is reasonably priced. And he is a gentleman and a pleasure to interact with. He is an all-around wonderful person and I am very grateful to the friend who recommended him to me.

Excellent professional service!

He came on time, did everything he said he would do. He made good recommendations. He even came back and took care of the shrubs when I was not able to be at home so I could have it done as soon as possible. I was very pleased with all of the work. It was not inexpensive but the quality of work was well worth the price.

I checked Angies List and found Lighthouse Landscaping, Inc.  I called and the owner, Fitch Dix, answered the phone. We set up an appointment.  Fitch called when on the way before arriving.  He did the checkup and repairs and answered any questions I had.

I could not be morre satisfied.  I highly recommend Lighthouse Landscaping, Inc.  I plan to use them in the future for my sprinkler system needs. 

Fitch took the time to explain the Rainbird sprinkler system funtions and how to set the times for the system.

Fitch of Lighthouse Landscaping did a great job. When I called to ask about this job. He answered his phone immediately. I explained that I had a broken sprinkler line due to some tree roots and I asked if he could fix it. He said, and quot;Yep, that's what I do.and quot; Then he asked what kind of tree it was. I said it was a bottle brush tree. He said it shouldn't be a problem. I asked how much it would cost. He gave me an estimate over the phone of $75 - $100. I said C'mon over. He showed up exactly on time and got to work. He had to use a chainsaw in the dirt and he worked his tail off for an hour. But, he fixed it and only charged me $60. Then, he noticed another sprinkler head that was out of alignment and twisted by tree roots near where he had parked his truck. He fixed that one too, no charge. He and I talked about lawn care for the next ten minutes and he educated me all about lawn care in Florida. He was a great guy, hard working and I recommend him to anyone who needs Lawn Irrigation work.

Fitch is a true professional. He found the problems and resolved all of them. Fitch found buried heads that were deep below the surface and got everything working. His pricing was more than fair and I would give him the highest of recommendations without question.

Not only did they fix my sprinkler system, but they came back after my sod was laid to make sure everything was still working properly. They definitely went the extra mile!!

I called Fitch and he answered on the second ring and made an appointment to come out the same day. He arrived at the agreed time and quickly found the problem, he had the parts in his truck and made the repair in minutes. He checked the work to make sure that the repairs were done correctly. He left me his card but did not try to and quot;up sell' on additional services, but I know if I ever need the services he has to offer in irrigation or landscaping he will be the only one to call.

Our irrigation system was not working properly and our landscaper suggested we look for a local irrigation company to take care of the problem. Since our landscaper didn't seem to know anyone he wanted to refer to us, I decided to look in Angie's List. After reading the reports in Angie's List, I called Lighthouse and they immediately called me back. Made an appointment for the next day or so. They were on time for the appointment and were able to give us an estimate for the work right away. They also offered suggestion on how to improve the current system. The work was performed a week later and our landscaper has reported to us that the system is working just fine.

We will certainly recommend them and use them again.

Everything went great. I highly recommend them.

We contacted Lighthouse Landscapes to give us an estimate for replacing our irrigation system. Although they were a little slow in providing the estimate after the consultation, we hired them to do the job. Fitch Dix, the president, was personable and professional and was hands-on with his crew. We are very pleased with the work and now have a perfectly working irrigation system at a reasonable cost.
