Very nice & professional. I have used him to trim palms a few years, and have had 3 sick palms removed by him. Recently wanted to landscape & install a palm in front yard. Did an excellent job with plants, installation & tree delivery. Would recommend him 100%!

Kevin returns phone calls promptly, is thorough in his estimates, and works efficiently. He trims my trees in the manner we decide upon together beforehand. I highly recommend him.

Kevin responded timely to my phone call and was out for a diagnosis promptly.
He was straightforward in his diagnosis and did not try to sell me any expensive ways to treat my tree (I'd read in the UF Horticulture website on lethal yellowing that treatment is difficult, expensive, and often doesn't work). He educated me about what lethal yellow is, how it works, and prognosis for my other coconut trees. His price seemed very reasonable based on my research of what everyone was charging from Angie's List reports.
Sadly, on his way here to cut my trees he was rear-ended and his trailer axle was damaged, which delayed work a few days, but he was very good about calling me to keep me apprised of his schedule.
He arrived when he said he would, cut and trimmed the trees quickly and efficiently, and showed me the center of the diseased palm and what lethal yellowing does. He was meticulous about using separate tools to cut the sick tree and trim the healthy ones to avoid possible contamination.
He was good about being honest--he said there's no guarantee my other coconut palms don't have the disease but are not yet showing symptoms, although, he did say that lethal yellowing is uncommon so the prognosis may be good.

Great job! Kevin really knows trees and has a passion for his work. Was much more confident that no matter what the season brought that my home would be much safer. Great peace of mind. With no major activity this season my trees are flourishing, healthier for the trimming. Not cheap, but there is great value in hiring an expert.

He is an arborist. His pricing was fair. He definitely knows trees. He knows what should be trimmed and how they grow. He is just very knowledgeable about trees. He is very careful. He did have to cancel a few times, but he always called. His clean up was impeccably.
