It is a wonderful feeling to have experienced workers, professional in job performance and knowledge of craft, to expedite the screen replacement and patio door replacement today. The two gentlemen that arrived were exemplary in their performance and skill of the job. They even clean up the work area and remove any debris. I think the one word that describes this company is OUTSTANDING !!! Thank you Dino for a great experience--see you after hurricane season for a bigger job.

Dino was not only very friendly but quick to get the work done, I didn't have to be home for the repairs to be taken care of. Dino had originally given me 2 options that I had asked for but I should mention he was one of the last companies I called and the first to return with an actual quote with a decent price, Dino was so friendly and professional over the phone and not pushy like others I didn't have to think twice and gave him the job. Dino told me he would be coming on Thursday but the guys showed up Wednesday, yes a day early and promptly called me to let me know how bad of shape the rest of the screens were, there was no urgency of getting them done right away but it would be cheaper if I did and gave me an offer I could not refuse. The guys came by a week later and it was all done. He is not the pushy salesman but the friendly face that I had a great talk with. Thank you for your service!

Dino and his son are great to work with. I'm originally from a small town and I am a sucker for family business's. Dino came to my house multiple times to provide me estimates because I couldn't decide what to do first. This was our first house and we had a lot of high priority projects with limited funds. After reviewing not all quotes for the house and realizing what we had Dino was able to provide me with a better estimate. He was patient and understanding. Not to mention, a couple days after they finished I noticed an mild issue with the door wherein they came out later in the week to fix.

Great! The three repairmen were efficient, friendly, and considerate of the plants that were surrounding and in the lanai. They did a wonderful job and finished in less time (one day instead of two) than was estimated, which was very important, since we wanted to have the lanai enclosed at night. We would highly recommend them!

The job was accomplished by three installers, who were skilled, efficient, and pleasant. A couple of unanticipated problems were encountered and properly resolved, without adjustment to the price. The problems included a cross-mullion that was sufficiently corroded so as to preclude use of the conventional spline. Two of the three installers had a working knowledge of structural engineering, a knowledge which is important in determinating the appropriate solution to an unanticipated problem. Job prep, job execution, and clean-up were done in an organized and professional manner. The company is worthy of the highest rating for integrity, skill and knowledge, and pricing.

Job went very well. No complaints at all, and will be calling again soon for new aluminum front entrance enclosure!

Thank you so much for the beautiful work Adam did on our screen repair. We are so happy to be able to use our patio again without the nuisance of bugs and dirt. To top it off, we are absolutely LOVING our new doggie door. It is so incredibly convenient, and makes things so much easier. It only took our dog a day or two to get the hang of using it, and now she's a pro! They also mentioned installing new hardware on my door--which I desperTely needed, but didn't realize the could do. It works perfectly now. Adam and his partner did a wonderful job; he communicated his plan well; and got the job done quicker than I expected. We couldn't be happier with their work. The team did a great job. After Dino came over and quoted the job, he kept in contact to find the right time to do the work. He also gave me some good tips on repainting the patio. They fixed my patio door and all of the loose fitting throughout the patio. They also replaced all of my screening. Dino and his team followed up to make sure everything went well. They were all very professional and helpful throughout the process.

Excellent service. They scheduled the appoint for noon and arrived at noon. Estimated 1/2 day to complete and they finished on time. Installed the screen as outlined in contract including replacing screen support screws as required. Owner of company stopped by and inspected finished work. I would recommend them to anyone needing screen repair.

Dino was very professional from start to finish. The price was very reasonable for the size of our enclosure. We had to wait for them to have availability, but he was up front from the beginning about when he could schedule our project and started work the day he originally told us he would. It took them 2 days to complete the rescreening and everything turned out terrific, they cleaned up everything perfectly. Would highly recommend them!!!

Service technicians were prompt, courteous, and did a fabulous job. Work area was left clean. Dealing with Jupiter screens was very pleasant as they are responsive to all phone calls and make you feel like your job is very important to them. Would definitely recommend them. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Dino and his wife Charlotte came out to my house to give me an estimate on replacing some damaged screen panels on my lanai and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I scheduled the work for a few weeks later and Dino's son Adam came out and performed the work quickly, professionally, and was very punctual. Great follow-up and great work. I will be using them in the future for any screen repair/replacement needs. Total thumbs up!

They came on time and worked throughout the day and the next day. All the work was done professionally with high quality screen material and all new grommets. they did a very good job even though we were not home most of the time. We are very pleased and would use them again.

I called this company and they returned my call promptly. Dino came out within 2 days and gave me an estimate which I thought was fair from all the reviews I had read. Appt. was made for the week after but they had a cancellation so they came earlier. Dino's son Adam was a pleasure to deal with. Came on time and cleaned up everything once they were finished. I would definitely recommend their service and would not hesitate to use them again.

Work estimation was fine, estimate was inline with others, we were given several options with explanations of why to consider the different options. We went with JSR because of Angie's List reviews, sales person review of project and company, timeliness and price. Work was pretty uneventful, crew showed up on time did great work and finished on time. The work was performed three and a half years ago and still looks great.

initially, this provider was responsive and professional and we set up an appt for an estimate for patio screen repairs for end of Sept. We (my sister and myself) do not live at location and was going to be in Florida for a few days to meet provider at the house. In the meantime, we agreed that the provider could go to the house,and take a peek this week, at the screens from the outside, to see what type they were and how they are installed., prior to the estimate appt in late Sept. We had previously discussed and confirmed, that when they know what their schedule is for this week, they would call me the day before, and let me know what day they would be coming to take a peek at the screens. i never heard back from them. Then, yesterday, out of the blue, i get a call from them, they are at the security gate at the community. They never called me, as discussed, and just showed up. Had they done so, there would have been no problems at the gate, being that i would have given the gate prior notice that they were coming and everything would have been ok. and, any issues at the gate would have been taken care of the day before. Provider also told me, while at the gate , that he had written down that he had an appt at 1:30 to see the screens...he put it in his book, but never called me to tell me that. There was a mixup with phone numbers on the account, at the gate,,,which didn't help the situation. But, had they just waited another 5 minutes or so, until it was resolved,,,there would be no issues and they would have been able to see the screens at the house. Instead, they "decided," to turn around and leave the premises and when i called them 10 minutes later,,their response was: you will have to find someone else to do the job. This response is highly unprofessional and I, as a client, did not deserve that type of response. They knew I/my sister was coming down specifically for this estimate. We have been highly inconvenienced by this and their behavior is not in line with anything i have ever experienced on a professional level. An apology would be appropriate.

Very responsive owners of this family owned business. There was a slight delay due to their high work volume after storms in the area but it was well communicated. The fellows performing the work were friendly and informative. The entire team was extremely flexible after I misunderstood the quotes for replacement. They adjusted their schedule and completed the additional work needed to replace the entire screening of the enclosure. I am very thankful for their expertise, integrity and winning customer service attitudes.

Estimate was done same day as phone call. Work was performed within a few days and was completed on time. Quality installation. Good communication along the way.

1. Window re-screening went great. During attempts to straighten the screen frames, one broke. Jupiter Screen repair picked up a new piece of Anderson-specific screen frame and fixed at no additional cost beyond estimate. 2. Pool/Patio screen enclosure has been re-screened and splined periodically as wear from kids, pets and wildlife have necessitated. Always good work. 3. Modified Pool/Patio screen framing to accommodate a pet door. Jupiter Screen repair (Dino & Charlotte) have always provided great service. Recently, when preparing for a pool party, I wanted to touch up my old screen framing with spraypaint. Neither home depot nor Lowes had the medium bronze in stock. Text messaging with Dino, he gave me two cans of paint to complete my job. While he was at his son's house for a family pool party on a Saturday, and didn't need to do this, I really appreciated his accommodating my special request... especially since it wasn't for a job I was hiring him to do. Great service, will definitely continue to use Jupiter Screen Repair.
