They had to order a new part for my shower head to stop the leak I was having. While they were here, they also checked the main turn off valve for my water. I have used them for about 10 years. They have always been great. I would recommend their services.

Office staff was excellent.  The plumber showed up on time and immediately went to work.  He installed both toilets quickly.  Did a great job with calking and cleaning up and when finished removed the old toilets.  The plumber was friendly and answered any questions we had.  A complete professional.

Everything went great! The owner himself came over both times (had to order some parts), and he did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs. I will use them again in the future, if any plumbing work needs to be done.

Excellent service and responsiveness. The original water heater was installed by another company but was still under warranty. We decided that this time we would use Angie's List to find a plumber instead of the one we had used before. The water heater is located in a closet off the kitchen and had developed a minor leak so it had to be removed thru the kitchen and across the living room to the front door. We were concerned about possible damage to the floors during the removal / installation process but Brian, from Jupiter Plumbing, was very careful and completed the job quickly and left everything unscathed and quite clean.

They were fantastic. They took a disaster and turned it into a wonderful experience. They had to redo everything that a previous company had done and even tear up floors. There were pipes that were in backwards that they had to fix. They were on time and we still use them to this day.

My overall experience with this company was pretty good. I called on a Wednesday to have my toilets repaired- they needed all new parts. The receptionist said they could come sometime the next day and someone would call me in the morning. I received a call promptly at 8:30 but was not home at the time and said I would be home by 10. He called again around 11:30 but unfortunately I had to leave the house again so we decided to schedule for Friday when I was planning on being home from 8:30 to 2:30. By 9:30 I had not heard from him so I called the main number and inquired when he might be coming because I had to make an unexpected trip to the doctors early that afternoon. She said that the employee I had spoken with wasn't working that day. I thought we would have to push the work to Monday but I got a call about 30 minutes later by a repairman who could be at my house in 20 minutes. Evidently there was some miscommunication but I thought it was handled well. This employee was quick, courteous and I believe fairly thorough. Both of my toilets now work. The price seemed high for the amount of time spent - less than an hour- but I did not have another quote to compare.

They were great. I was very pleased with their work. They were prompt. The price was very reasonable. I called them on Sunday night, and the toilet was fixed by Monday morning.

Called them on Saturday and they came in about 2 hrs. All in all they got the job done. I realize it was on a weekend so the price was higher than normal. I did have to supply and help him with some of the work, but all in all he was just fine.

They were very good. Our condo is 40 years old, so when they went in our little problem ended up turning into a big problem, but this tends happens with older buildings. They actually answer your calls and come out when they say they will. We will continue to use them for our future plumbing needs. Their clean up wasn't the greatest, but plumbing tends to be a dirty job. The price that you pay varies per the work that you have done.
