The design was fine but some of the materials were not available and they had to substitute others. Some of the plants that were selected were not right for the area and have not fared well. We were to have a 1 year warranty on the plants, however, they refuse to replace some of the plants that have died. They have said that we did not provide the proper care for the plants even though we followed their specifications and we treated these plants the same as similar plants in adjacent areas. When you have 20 of the same plants planted in the same area and 14 are doing just fine and the remaining ones die, why is it our fault.

They were very prompt and professional. Ghada is the owner and she put together a fantastic design for us. The yard looks absolutely beautiful.
