Following the inspection, John suggested that he write up a more brief 4-point inspection report instead of the full report (to save me money).

Job was done in a very professional manner. John explained all findings (both good and bad) on the spot and followed up with a written report within 24 hours. Inspection took 2 hours and covered more than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend John Curtain Home Inspector. Written report was very thorough, including disclaimers about what was and what not inspected. Work was done as agreed for a fair price and inspector was available with only a few days notice.

He has a really good Web site with a lot of information on it. His name always comes back with a positive response. He is very accurate and professional. He is always timely to get back with our inquiries. He is not over priced, but he is not inexpensive. He will negotiate if you need that. His price is $250 for a condo. His price range is $225 - $400.
