John has been my go-to for home inspections for years. He does an amazing job! He is prompt, organized, thorough and honest. His reports are very detailed, arrive by e-mail the next day, with photos.

Buying a home and he did a home inspection for me. John was very quick and very reasonable in price. He gave me a 18 pages full of details of my home inspection, and I was just very satisfied with him. He also does termite inspections.
