James Gaston Tile Grout Stain & More

We used installer as we were in a time crunch, and they told us they were available to do job immediately. we paid a premium to float/mud whole house floor with porcelain rectified tile, then immediately covered whole floor with paper, as we had another sub contractor due. After other subs were done, we pulled off paper, to find numerous tiles uneven and not level. Gaston refused to even return to job site to look at the tiles, and said that the tiles were not even, if we would get him a "tile bender" (very sarcastic) he would be glad to straighten them and replace individual tiles at additional cost of $35 per tile. We hired a certified Florida tile/flooring inspector, who indicated that all tile product was well within specifications, and that the installation where tiles were uneven, was unacceptable installation, not due to the product.. Still Gaston refused to return to look at the job. We paid additional money, to another contractor, who, using the same product batch, installed level tiles. The job took place sometime in Fall of 2014, I am not certain of month and week. I gave them a "D" on punctuality, instead of an "F", as they did arrive when they were supposed to initially, just never came back to correct improper work.
