Jim was very responsive. He came to give us an estimate when he said he would. He did the work when agreed at the price agreed. He was very professional. We would very definitely use him again if needed.

After the initial call Jim was here to quickly evaluate the service needed. He indicated he would be able to perform the work sometime next week. However, he was unable to do that and rescheduled for the following week. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed all the work required.

Came and evaluated to job. Called back with an estimate and then set up installation date. Installed sensor in my home and my mothers. Worked all day in heat.Had to drill through concrete walls. Cleaned up well after job completed. Very satisifed. I obtained his name from Angie's list. He is a very nice man.

I needed to address issue related to an inspection report and Jamie found nearly everything to be functional and clearly reported this to me. The cost was lower than expected and everything was resolved quickly. I would use him again for sure.
