Inlet Tile and Marble

I just noticed the "F" review someone left for Dan and I realize I had not reviewed him for the work he did for me in November of 2015. This is the 4th time I have used his services and Dan and team do phenomenal work. Dan guided me through the selection of tile at Floor and Decor straight through the installation process. He has a professional and polite team who does great work. Just as another review mentioned, Dan is an honest tradesman. Even well after completing the job, I frequently message him about questions and he always responds. I would use his services again and recommend him to anyone looking for a great tile contractor.

The experience was absolutely perfect. The owner, Dan Boulter, came as scheduled to provide an estimate. He then oversaw the work of his employee and made sure we were satisfied. Further, the tile setter was such a perfectionist. All the way around, they exceeded my expectations.

I frequently travel out of the state on business and Dan neatly installed the glass/marble/ travertine mosaic backsplash completely unattended. I chose to use his services again because of the great job he did in my master bath. I was not disappointed. The tile was installed perfectly and looks great! He left the place clean and re-installed the plug outlets over the tile, finishing an overall professional job. As I was not there to choose a grout color, I asked Dan for a recommendation and it worked out perfectly! I will definitely use Dan's services again.

Overall Dan was very responsive to all my questions and concerns with the installation of the large format marble tile I had purchased. The material required an installer that pays a lot of attention to detail and actually has the experience to know what materials to use and how to install the tile with little to no grout line.

Long story short every tile was installed level with no noticeable uneveness or unsmooth areas. I would recommend Dan to anyone who like a quality job and wants the work done right. I will likely be using his services again very soon.

I called Inlet Tile upon a recommendation from a friend who had used him to do a kitchen backsplash.  I called to make an appointment to have my backsplash done and was given a date pretty quickly.  Ken showed up and installed the backsplash in two days and did a phenomenal job.  Every tile was in place and looked great.  Since he did such an outstanding job, I decided to renovate my master bath and called Dan to get a quote.  The quote was very reasonable and proceeded with the job.  I was given a date of about 2 weeks out since they were booked solid.  A couple days later, I got a call and they could fit me in due to a cancellation.  I jumped at the opportunity to have it done early.  Ken was again the installer and it took about a week to complete.  My original floor was very uneven and he carefully measured each tile before he glued it down.  I now have a perfectly even floor.  He helped me to design where the seat and niche would go.  Ken is a consummate perfectionist.  He spent over an hour on getting the cut just right on one tile that was very uneven and under a door jam.  A perfect result.  He even came back on a Saturday morning to complete the job so that all he had to do was grout on the next visit.  He gave me ideas on how to make a mosaic table with the leftover grout.  He never took a lunch or break - just worked straight through.  He came early in the morning and was on time every day.  This is a very consumer caring business and I would highly recommend them for any tiling job no matter the size.

The owner of the company does the work and he is very professional and very honest. He is very conscientious and very concerned about pleasing his customers. He showed up on time.
