I have a second home in FL that I went to go visit this spring break with my son, only to find the whole house was flooded because my hot water heater was leaking. I immediately searched online for a company to handle this horrific event. I spoke with the owner and explained my situation. He assured me that they deal with these kind of matters all the time and everything will be ok. They arrived at my home within an hour and were very professional and walked me through step by step how they were to remedy the issue. I thought my vacation was going to be ruined, but they set up their equipment and had everything cleaned up that same day. The owner came back to monitor the equipment for the next couple of days to make sure everything was going well. All equipment was cleaned up on third day with no trace of a flood. They even fixed my hot water heater! I am very, very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them.
