 + -1 moreWhat was supposed to be an exciting experience to remodel our new home resulted in a fiasco. This contractor has destroyed our lives. We have paid twice as much to fix their shoddy subpar work. Every aspect of the project had major issues: plumbing, electric, framing, stucco, etc. They are unprofessional (owner in particular is abrasive and disrespectful especially to women). They are very disorganized with very poor management skills. None of the work was supervised and nothing was completed correctly or timely. The best thing we did was fire them (wish we had done it sooner before getting in so deep). We are now working with a reputable team and very pleased with progress. More work has been done in 2 months than the 8 months we worked with Heritage. What a difference! We are now discovering they have had multiple lawsuits over the same reasons. I never write bad reviews but feel I need to let everyone know so you don't suffer like we have.
