It was wonderful. I believe our doctor was Dr. Rogers. It was just one of the nicest animal hospitals I have ever been in.

I've used them for 2 years. They really take good care of the animals and they're very nice. They're very good at what they do and everybody there is wonderful. I love them all and they know me by my first name. I walk there to see and to buy a product and they're always helpful and I think they're all terrific. You don't have to worry and I really like it.

Went well. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. The vet i saw was a typical doctor, always in a rush, but at least was patient enough to get my dog acquainted to her. Overall I will probably stick with this place as my permanent vet.

We recently moved to Jupiter and did considerable research looking for a top-notch vet for Muffin, our two year old rescue puppy. Did it pay off! Harmony Animal Hospital provides good solid medicine and outstanding service. From front desk to examination table to cashier, staff are professional, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. She was examined by Dr. Rogers, who immediately put her at ease, spent considerable time with us and answered all of our questions and concerns.

There are several vets at Harmony, which was important to us. Having worked in a hospital, I know the advantage of having several doctors available to staff a difficult case.

We have since made several trips to Harmony with general questions; most recently to have her gums checked for gingivitis. Staff are always willing and eager to help. And, there has been no charge for the time or service. While fees are a little higher than at our previous vet, they are not out-of-line for the Jupiter area or for the over-the-top service we have received.

UPDATE: 6/20/13 - Just returned from a visit to Harmony Animal Hospital. An area dog day-care facility had required Muffin to have another Parvo shot before she could register. Her last 3-year vaccine had been given a little over a year prior. The day-care staff explained that they were being cautious due to the large number of dogs in the program. I made an appointment with Harmony to discuss the issue. Two vets and one tech staffed the issue and advised against another unnecessary vaccination. They even wrote a to-whom-it-may-concern letter explaining their recommendation and placed a phone call to the dog day-care facility. The visit took about 20 minutes. There was no charge for the appointment, the consultation or the letter. Good advice, lots of smiles and no charge. This experience only reinforced my belief that Harmony places my dog's welfare far ahead of profits!

I am not thrilled with them. They are okay though. They are very expensive. Sometimes, they do not do what they say they are going to do. I took my cat to get my cat's ear cleaned and they gave back a nice little written report that the cat did not have any ear problem and her ears were literally full of this black yeast, so they were untruthful, they did not look into her ears and they wrote it up. They charged $460 for regular vaccination and having cat's ears cleaned. They have done some good work with other animals, but all in all they are overpriced for what they do.

They charged me $260 to euthanize my dog. This is excessive and exploitative.

We went there about three weeks ago. They are great. They are very good. I called other places and it was more money compared to Harmony.

This veterinary hospital has been treating my dogs over the past l0-l2 years. I think they are great. They know what they are doing. They are caring. Dr. Cox owns the facility and loves all the animals. I believe they are pricey, but usually I'd rather pay more than get poor service or lack of knowledge when it comes to my animals.

I am travelling with my dog and not from the area - my dog had a big problem and I had no friends to refer me to a good source. I read on the list about how highly rated Harmony was and I no one praised them nearly enough. The receptionist was so kind and caring, and the rest of the staff only got better and better. While I waited, I had a question about dog brushes and the receptionist took me back to meet their groomer, who just gave me some suggestions (without trying to sell me anything at all!). When I met Dr. Cox, he was very, very professional and provided exactly the right diagnosis of a complex problem, without the requisite $3-500 in tests my home vet would have stuck us for. Very down to earth, practical and common sense advice you can feel confident in.

Our cat has had consistent upper respiratory issues since he was young (he's 13 now). I had been to several vets and had gotten several diagnoses and various medications, with limited short-term success. I finally took him to Harmony to see Dr. South (we also saw Dr. Williams on a follow-up visit)-the problem was diagnosed immediately, confirmed with tests and medications prescribed. When one of the meds was not available in any pharmacy, Dr. South had the medication compounded. The good results on our cat's health were immediate and made us wonder why we had waited so long to go to Harmony. A secondary problem developed as a side effect of one of the meds (couldn't be avoided) and Dr. South and his team have been great in making sure that secondary problem is properly resolved, while still maintaining the great effects on the initial problem. I have been very satisfied with the care and attention we've received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the doctors, the vet techs and the front desk staff. Everyone has been great!

We really love the service we get from Doctor Cox and his team. They are extremely polite, care a great deal about animals, and the place is always clean and neat.
