We have had a very good experience with them. When we moved to our new home they provided a design for updating the landscaping. They computerized what was there at the time and then did an updated model graphically on the computer. It was quite helpful to see what the difference would be. My base cost is about $500 monthly. They are very responsive; if there is something that needs attention they respond right away after it is brought to their attention. If a mistake has been made they will adjust it right away. If they recommend a planting and it does not take or dies right away they will replace it; they are really good to work with.
