Company elected to walk away from job and rescind offer to replace the unit at reasonable market price. This was because they realized that they did a poor job of installation 8 years prior and did not want to be held responsible for prior installation by company which FPL purchased and assumed their accounts. Company also was paid to service the unit 2x/year and failed to schedule and perform either preventative maintenance service. No problem with this company is every resolved in less than 4 weeks time and multiple call backs. Hey, I'm only the customer. You decide if you want to risk a similar experience.

Stay away - scam company!!! Bought $5000 AC with 10 year warranty parts and labor. Nothing but issues since, also failed inspection and failed to close out permit from 3 years ago. Every time there was an issue, they said i need to pay $89 for them to come out, even if I have warranty. So they sold me a maintenance contract so i wont have to pay the truck rolls, so today the AC broke yet again, there is a hole in the coil (3 year old unit BTW), and they said they need $249 for processing fee. So again i have Free parts, free labor, free truck rolls, so whats a $249 processing fee? Avoid at all cost!!!
