Enterprise Plumbing and Gas

Well he dug and dug and called friends to try and find my line he couldn't. Told me to hire someone to go under house and find it and he'd come back I did and

I made a call to Enterprise at the suggestion of Florida Public Utilities. I called to ask about running a gas line to the stove, as I currently have propane and FPU brought gas in to the neighborhood. I also inquired about changing the hot water heater to gas and adding a grill. i wanted to know if it was feasible, and an estimate for the work. They said that it couldn't be done unless I moved the hot water heater and ran all new pipes to the stove, because the existing ones were not the right caliber. They said they would provide a quote.
As they were making the trip down, I also asked if they would provide a plumber. I had several small jobs; we are redoing a bathroom and I needed a new shower valve, I needed to change the faucet in the kitchen, and to cap off an old water line to a sink in the bar area that is no longer in use. I called a few times to make sure that the dispatcher knew exactly what work I had to do, and we had the first appointment in the afternoon. I wanted to make sure there were no surprises, and I took an afternoon off of work in anticipation that they could do this work in that amount of time.
When the plumber arrived, he was annoyed and said it was too much work for him to do. He said he would need to schedule more than just an afternoon. However, he agreed to change just the shower valve, as I really needed that done because I timed the appointment to coincide with my tile man's work. For this, he charged something like $180 and said he could come back for the rest. Meanwhile, it probably took him 45 minutes to an hour at the most. He was done by 3 pm at the latest; last job of the day but again, would not do the kitchen sink faucet change. and quot;Only one or the other, $180.and quot; He said I could schedule that for a future appointment, telling me he was and quot;very fastand quot; with that kind of stuff.
I have yet to receive a quote on the gas line.

our hot water system failed. we called Enterprise Plumbing and explained our situation. they came to our home in no time, assessed the situation. gave us options and within a very short period of time, perhaps two hours, they went to get a replacement hot water heater and had it installed. could not have been more satisfied.

I thought the pool heater was broken, but he examined it and explained why it wasnt working properly. I would use them again

It went beautifully. Enterprise is a top rate company. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt. I cannot say enough about this company. I would definitely use them again for all my water heater and gas issues. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. The repair person was wonderful, knowledgeable, prompt. Wow- Give Enterprise a call first. They know how to manage and run a company.

He told me he couldn't do the job quick enough and left. He asked me to pay more when he returned. The workers were rude.

I originally had called to have the faucet installed and to have the three toilets rebuilt and to check for slow flushing on one or two toilets and to have the defective shutoff valve replaced.
He did not see a problem with the slow flushing, and there were no obstructions but the tech said it was normal for the type and age (14 years old) of the toilets.
The cost to replace all three toilets which would include new supply lines and wax seals (both of which are not included with a rebuild) was well worth the additional price. The tech was absolutely correct. All three toilets now flush better than the older ones even when they were brand new.
The job was done on time and he even cleaned up his own mess.
The company was very responsive.
I would not hesitate to recommend them. In fact I called them again today to fix a small drip on the supply line to my water heater.

When I recently moved into my home, the gas utility representative identified a leak somwhere in gas line when he came to connect service. The leak would require a repair and he recommended Enterprise. The phone representative at Enterprise was very friendly and helpful. She was able to schedule my repair right away. She promised a 30-minute courtesy call from the repairman and he followed through. He was very nice, made the repair, and even took the time to show me how to light the mantles in my gas lamp.
I called Enterprise again the very next day when I identified a leak in one of the water supply lines to my washer. Again, they were able to provide someone the very same day. The appliances were moved multiple times before I moved in during a couple of renovation projects and the workers had not tightened the connections enough when they put things back together. The Enterprise plumber explained that to me, tightened the lines in just few minutes, tested it, and then only charged me for the lesser visit fee since there was no actual problem with the pipes. He was very nice and very professional.
I would definitely use this company again.

They did a very good job. Their pricing was reasonable. They were prompt and I would highly recommend them. I was very pleased with their work. Also, they accepted my charge card which was the initial reason for me to use their services, while most of the other plumbers did not accept charge cards.

They are very, very professional which is something that you normally don't see with a plumber. I will definitely continue to use them for my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to others.
