"This customer signed a contract and decided to omit various tasks at which time the costs were deducted. Additional work was required to complete the modified contract, therefore costing more money. The customer called me to ask when I was going to complete the contract. I explained to him, there would be an additional charge because those items were omitted. He did not understand the difference in price. I explained it several times and he still did not understand why the cost has changed and why it costs more to finish the omitted work. I am an honest and hardworking man of my word. I am not out to take advantage of anyone. If you read all of my feedback from Service Magic, you will find excellent references. I am sorry you feel this way, but it was your decision to modify the original contract."
