Beware! This company intentionally withholds information until after you sign their proposal and then do nothing about it. We had them install a motorized screen at our new home. After the job was completed I noticed there was a large seam that runs the length of the top of the screen. When I asked what it was they told me all screens over 10’ high have a seam. Problem is, no one ever told me this information prior to the install. I brought this up to them and was simply told it was in the proposal. Which it was….at the bottom in the fine print. But because I signed it I’m now stuck with an ugly screen and they could care less. The fact that they intentionally withheld this information just to get the job signed off on is unethical and disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Crooks.

I had originally called a company that was an authorized motorized Phantom screen dealer and repairer. They told me the screen could not be repaired and they would have to remove the damaged screen and order an entirely new fabric, at a steep cost, in addition to labor to reassemble the housing. I decided to find out if there was another way and scanned Angie's List for a company that provided motorized screen repair.

I explained to Fred, the owner of East Coast, what was wrong and how the screen was supposed to work. It turned out that the same day he had a contractor in my area and Brad would come over and see what was wrong with the screen. He came when he said he would, assessed the problem and told me he could remove the fabric and have it repaired. I did not need new fabric.

Brad returned within a few days, with the repaired fabric, at the time he said he would and put the entire system back together. He was pleasant and respectful. The cost was a fraction of what the other company quoted me. The screen works as it always has. I am very pleased with the service and the price. I will most definitely recommend the company to my friends.

It went great.  First of all, he was half the cost of everyone else that gave an estimate.  He came himself to install it.  He had a problem with the alarm, so he called the alarm company and fixed that situation.  He never left until I was 100% content.

They were fine.  They were not located very close to me but they were able to come out and i was happy with the work they did.

It went well. They came and adjusted when needed and when I needed a repair they came came pretty quickly.

Went great. reasonable price showed up on time for measurement, and showed up on time for installation. cleaned up area very well.
   I would very highly recommend this company and will use again if needed.

When we called East Coast Electric Screening to request an estimate for a screen door, they were very polite and prompt in scheduling a time to come to our house. The owner was lovely to work with, explained the process and within 10 days we had the screen installed. The installation went very smoothly. Everyone was on time, worked very efficiently, cleaned up afterwards and completed the job in under 2 hours. 
We are so happy with our new screen door and I would not hesitate to call them again if we decide to add other screens. 
From the first phone call to the end our experience was completely positive.
