They ended up destroying the Ipod Touch and claimed that it was defective when we brought it to them. It was only supposed to be 5 days to get this resolved but it has been 18 months and we still have yet to receive the Ipod Touch.

When I dropped off the PC, I explained that I didnt have weeks to leave it, because I used it everyday for business. They said they would look at it and diagnose the problem the next day. 4 days later they havent even looked at it. I took the machine. I took it back to the office with me, and told them I would drop it off again when I was out of town and they had a week to work on it. I dropped it off again, and they said they had to put a new OS on it. I take it back to the office and when connected, the sound didnt work. I called and took it back again. It sat for a week again, so I picked it up in frustration and left.
Very poorly run and organized.

"Im a bit confused. This customer dropped off a computer Nov 2, 2011 (yes 2011). It needed a new motherboard. We ordered the part immediately upon customer approval. Customer received their computer back Nov 9, 2011. 100% repaired without fault.-Sales Invoice 50025. No Operating system was ever performed. No other activity has taken place since then with this client. This is an invalid complaint, or he has the wrong company."
