Mr. [Member Name Removed] called us on 04/11/2017 asking for a quote. We went to his property on 04/12/2017. On 04/13/2017 we emailed a quote to Mr. [Member Name Removed] at his email address. I spoke with him on 04/18/2017 and explained that the quote was sent but he still could not find it in his email. I then resent the quote along with the forwarded email showing the original quote from 04/13/2017 attached to his wife's email address. The quote was received within minutes with an acknowledgement back from his wife's email stating the quote was received. I suspect that the original quote may have been filtered out as spam since it comes with an .pdf attachment. I'm sorry this confusion led to Mr. [Member Name Removed] giving us such a low rating however the quote was sent 2 days after Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s call to us asking for a quote. Time was of the essence, and Dig It responded quickly, professionally, and did all the work on time and on budget. They were responsive, courteous, and easy to deal with. Most impressively, when the inspector came to check their work before allowing the gas to be turned on, he said he had never seen such quality work. He was impressed with everything they did, and with the speed in which it was done. Nice, competent people whom I can recommend enthusiastically and without reservation.
Description of Work
After a major renovation, I needed to have my underground gas line serving my outdoor grill and pool heater replaced in order to get our gas turned back on.

It went very smooth, they put the sod back over the buried tank and you can't even tell they disturbed my grass.
Description of Work
They installed a 250 gallon propane tank and the piping so we could connect our generator to it.
