"Hi [Member Name Removed]: I'm a little surprised to see that you left this review mainly regarding the Sylvester Palm. When you were inquiring about the trunk after we had finished doing it I specifically told you that if you weren't happy with it to let me know and that I would come back and re-do it with a different material. I also told you the product I have used in the past and that I was informed that the product you were asking for was in fact unsafe for the tree. Again, I told you to contact me if you were unhappy and that I would come back an redo. This was about 3 months ago and I never heard anything from you. To say that I lied about it to get the job is inaccurate. That is taking a blow at my character which if you see all of my reviews they say otherwise. Really confused why you never followed up with me and instead chose to leave this review months later???? I would also like to add that we did an excellent job of pruning the Silvester Palm, installing the Crossandra plants, and laying the mulch. Your statement that we had never applied anything to the trunk of a Sylvester Palm prior, is also inaccurate seeing as you specifically asked me upon your initial email if we do that kind of work and I said yes we do. Again, I told you to contact me if you were unhappy and you never did, which led me to believe that you were satisfied. I strive for customer satisfaction with all my customers. In my opinion, to leave the review that you did, is a little unfair because I was never even given the opportunity to make it right. I am still willing to come over and make this right. Would you like me to do that?"
Chris is superb in every way.
Chris was responsive, and scheduled the work quickly. He provide quotes for the bigger jobs, and performed general maintenance on all the plants and shrubs on the property. He understood all of our needs and is now our regular landscape maintenance provider. The most important requirement that we asked of him was that he be proactive in the care of our property by trimming, treating, and fertilizing plants before they get out of hand, and recommend ongoing care. So far, we are so pleased with his service, and have giving him additional jobs for improving the garden and plantings around our home. We find his work above what other landscapers have provided us over the years, at a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone who enjoys the beauty of their outdoor space and wants to keep it looking fresh and new all year round.
