It went very well.  David D'Onofrio made many helpful suggestions to make the property more appealing to prospective buyers.  He checked on the property even though it was out of his way.  When we received offers, he stayed on top of things through closing.  I highly recommend David and his REMAX team.  I never sold property before and David helped me through the process.  I would not hesitate to use his services again.

David is a super realtor.  He was able to sell our property quickly. He gave us great advice on preparing the house and kept us informed throughout.
