Landscaping
$HE HAS GOOD IDEAS ON LANDSCAPING. HOWEVER, HE MADE US PAY EVERYTHING IN ADVANCE. WHICH WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT HE BOUGHT A VERY EXPENSIVE FEATURE THAT DID NOT FIT THE THEME. EVEN HE ADMITTED THAT IT WAS NOT THE RIGHT FIT. THEM HE WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK. HE STUCK US WITH IT! HE TOLD US HE WOULD TRY TO SELL IT FOR US BUT NOTHING CAME OF THAT. ADDITIONALLY HE DAMAGED A GATE THAT HE NEVER REPAIRED.
