We are full service maintenance and management company that specializes in residential and commercial properties. We offer single services or custom packages. We are a local small business that treats all our customers like family, we don't take every job either. New customers get 10% off service. Office cleaning starting at $75 once a week. First time office cleaning includes interior window cleaning. New customers only. Property Management offers 2k back on referrals after the referred client has been with us at least a year. First month of property management we offer free purge session. Purging all items that are not a necessity.

We know that all properties are different so we customize every client's needs. There is no set price and can change from week to week depending on what you want. We allow this because we know things change and you may want more or less. We are different because first cleans and estimates are done by the owner themselves, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Give us a chance and you won't be disappointed!, that way we know what you are expecting and we know how to train our employees that get placed at the job site. We are available 24/7 including holidays. We communicate by taking videos before and after each job.
