Custom Property Upkeep offers the following services: We know that all properties are different so we customize every client's needs. There is no set price and can change from week to week depending on what you want. We allow this because we know things change and you may want more or less. We are different because first cleans and estimates are done by the owner themselves, we set the standard, that way we know what you are expecting and we know how to train our employees that get placed at the job site. We are available 24/7 including holidays. We communicate by taking videos before and after each job. We try to get things done right the first time but sometimes there are errors, we are human, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Give us a chance and you won't be disappointed!
