Avoid doing business with Cornerstone Title if possible.
Christina the title agent, misplaced our documents that arrived a 2 days early. The
lender had to resend all paperwork delaying the closing. We had to
scramble to find a new moving company, since the one we hired was booked the day of the move.
Christina does not and will not respond to phone calls or emails.
After the closing there a few items that needed to be addressed and documents to be be followed up on. 4 Months later and still no follow through, and no returned phone calls.
There website states "We believe communication is the key to success. " There is none of that here!
If you looking for professionalism, and customer service you will need to look someplace else.
