+ -1 moreJeff Corcoran from Core Pest Control was a fantastic person to deal with. He was straightforward, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained why I had bugs, what he was going to do immediately and what could be done down the road. We are on step two and I am more than pleased. After having Nolan Nozzle come by and quote me a 400 dollar initiation fee and then 100 bucks or more a month WITH a year contract, this guy is cheap! I think the price Jeff charges is reasonable (It was an additional 85 to have the yard sprayed) and he said the yard only has to be done a few times a year. This is what I've paid other companies in years past in many other states (AZ, PA, NY, CA, TN) and I am seeing the same positive results. Don't fall for the contract thing that so many other companies try to sell you. This company is all you need. It's NORMAL. It's not trying to rip you off by scaring you into thinking you are doomed unless you plunk down a couple grand a year to manage the pests. Core Pest Control is perfect! ?
