It was another wonderful experience working with Brent Copeland and his in-house team. I came up with the initial design, but Brent and and his team gave me their input which is always valuable and I made some changes based on their input. What we came up with together is a major improvement and it is a great feeling to be able to collaborate with someone you can trust and who genuinely cares about their work and that their clients are happy with the result. In addition to the work they were hired for, they were instrumental in helping me layout my future BBQ area and they helped to line up pathways to create a design element and they helped me to improve the design of the front courtyard allowing for more usable space and clean lines. The result is fantastic with great workmanship and I am now prepped for my future work. Brent came up with a great structural design element for the future BBQ area. We are currently planning our next project which is replacing curb, sidewalk, driveway apron and the entrance to the driveway.

5 Stars. Brent and his team did an outstanding job. I challenge anyone to find anyone better than Brent. When you work with Brent, you have 100% peace of mind that you are working with the most reliable and competent person that you can trust, you will never have to worry because Brent has everything under control and he is extremely likable. Every project I have worked on with Brent has turned out better than expected and he and his in-house employees take so much pride in what they do and they always make sure everything is properly prepped, managed and executed. Copeland Construction is a company you can trust.

Brent did a forensic report on my house to show what the previous bad contractor did not per plan, but to a minimum code requirement and what was not per plan and not to a minimum code requirement. Brent coordinated with my subs, his subs, the City of West Palm Beach and the Engineer of record to get me out of my bad situation of paying two and three times for horrible and unsafe work the previous contractor performed.
Brent specializes in shell work and performed all of the structural repairs, combed through all of the details in the entire house and has helped me to get through all of the rough inspections. Brent also introduced me to his stellar framer, Ron Simon of RMS Drywall and we had to reframe the entire house, prepare for finishes and ceiling sliders and all of the details so we will have a professional result, instead of the banana shaped walls the previous contractor and framer did and they did not complete the work even thought they were paid. Brent is also in the process of preparing fiberglass covers for our loggia poles. The bad contractor did not follow my plans and gave me red steel poles instead of white aluminum poles. Brent is now getting ready with his sub to redo all of the bad wire lath and corner beading for the previous contractor who also took my stucco deposit and then abandoned the project. Brent is coordinating the stucco and completion of our house. There is no one better to consult with than Brent Copeland. 
I wish I knew of Brent earlier, I would have been in our house in 5 months instead of dealing with this nightmare for two years. 
I don't know how you will receive Brent's bid, but trust me from experience, you will come out ahead with Brent. if you need someone to work with you on your budget, if he can, he will. Brent is the only one I know out of over 30 contractors I met with, that actually diligently reviews the architectural and structural plans and in the bidding process will address missing details or items in the plans and factor in the cost or request for information to ensure he is properly bidding. Other contractors know what is missing and are banking on change ordering you later, but presenting you with a lower bid or lower quality of work. Brent will give you peace of mind, an education, give you what you want and will come in budget. Working with Brent is like buying insurance, you are covered with Brent! It is much better to pay a price you agree to on the front end, instead of being change ordered to death by contractors that do that for a living. 
If I ever need work done on my house or someone needs a referral, it is a no brainer, Brent is the only one I would call and I can give you a laundry list of who not to call!

Copeland Construction is the real deal and outstanding! Brent Copeland and his team are the best! I had such a bad experience with the abandoned contractor that I had no hope of finishing my house until I found Brent Copeland. Brent is so likable, capable, honest, professional and is a guy that takes the initiative to go above and beyond to do work with the highest level of integrity. I feel that Brent will help me get over the finish line to finally get in our house!
Don't make the mistake of hiring the salesman type of contractor that low balls their bid and then will change order you to death and put cheaper materials in your house than what was bid and you will never know. Brent is priced fair, honest, realistic, will get it done right the first time and you won't incur undue costs later. I highly recommend Brent, he has a concentration of expertise in shell work, but he is a licensed GC with quality sub relationships that all hold Brent is high regard.
