Complete Environmental Solutions is a State Licensed and Certified Mechanical Contractor based here in Jupiter, Florida. And, as an authorized dealer for all of the major brands of Air Conditioning Equipment, we can Install, Maintain, Repair, or Service any type of system quickly with minimum interruption to your lifestyle. Following more than nine years of experience as the Director of Operations in a company with a 24 year history in the West Palm Beach and surrounding areas, Steven Markel formed Complete Environmental Solutions in 2009. Mr. Markel is a State Certified Mechanical Contractor with all required licenses, insurance, and certifications. In July 2010 CES acquired all the assets ICE Air Conditioning, which was a value added benefit for the new organization. at this company is extremely professional and courteous. Techs are sent out very quickly and they always arrive on time. After diagnosing my recent problem, I got two estimates based on what they felt was wrong. Very upfront and honest. When all was finished, they cleaned up the work area better than how they found it. The men never complain no matter how hot it is! I will definitely recommend Complete Environmental Solutions to anyone who asks for an Air Conditioning company near Jupiter and I know I will use them again, for sure!
Horrible. They did not perform the maintenance correctly which resulted in water damage throughout the closet. When discovered they came out to repair and admitted a mistake in the maintenance. They fixed it and then about 3 days later it flooded again. They returned and fixed it properly and then billed me for the second visit. When I tried to work with the company to resolve the issue by reviewing options for the carpet repair, they denied any wrong doing and proceeded to tell me that I could request a refund if I was not happy.
I sent them a lengthy letter to the owner, explaining why I thought the charge was unfair and that I was disappointed in their performance. He did not respond.
I did request the refund and disputed the invoice for the second visit. They never responded to my compliant except to tell me they would be sending me the Annual Agreement minus the charge for the second visit and never addressed my dispute.
I told them it was unacceptable and they sent the check anyway without a reply.
This company behaved horrendously during a customer dispute and for a measly $85 has lost a referral customer that had sent them multiple opportunities. I really don't understand business owners anymore.
"We were initially contacted by this Customer on July 12, 2012. Since that time, we have been to this customer’s home on more than 15 individual instances to perform maintenance or repair services at their request. To that end, the customer has renewed their Maintenance Agreement with our firm on three previous occasions. In just the last 12 months, we have been to the Customer Residence numerous times to adjust, reprogram or replace thermostats that the Customers felt were not working correctly, as well as, consult the Customers on air flow problems in daughter’s bedroom present in the house from the point they moved into the home. They were not charged for any of these service visits. Of their recent complaint, we understand that the customer is frustrated, however their frustration is misdirected as the problem was found to be a broken drain line below ground level outside of the residence most likely caused by landscapers or other unknown persons. As an Air Conditioning Service and Repair Company, this type of repair is not part of our Maintenance Service, but can be addressed as a billable repair. Upon learning that there was a potential water leak at the customer’s home, the owner of Complete Environmental Solutions personally went to the Customer residence after regular business hours. The customer was NOT charged for this visit. As a courtesy, Complete Environmental Solutions also brought de-humidification equipment to the home for the customer’s use. Again, the Customers were NOT charged for the rental or use of this equipment. The customers are requesting that we file an insurance claim so that they could remodel their closet due to the “water damage” from the clogged pipe. We are disinclined to do so as the damaged pipe was not caused by our firm but by a landscaper or someone else doing work in the flower bed outside the home. As a second courtesy, Complete Environmental Solutions did refund their Service and Efficiency Enrollment immediately upon demand, less the cost of the repair of the drain pipe. In reality Complete Environmental Solutions had provided exemplary additional services and extra courtesies beyond the scope of the agreement at no cost to the customer numerous times. It appears they not only want all services rendered at no cost, but also for our insurance company to remodel their closet. Again, whereas it is certainly unfortunate and bothersome that a broken pipe in a flower bed caused a leak inside the home, in all reality, this is an implied responsibility of home ownership."
Complete Environmental worked around our schedule and fixed all of the duct, wiring and mold problems before installing the new energy efficient system. Our air handler is located in the garage and everything was replaced; the air handler stand was completely rebuilt, drywall replaced, a new drain line was added and we even needed a new thermostat wire to be run. Everything was completed quickly, neatly and the area was left completely clean when completed.
It is very refreshing to do business with a company that does not cut corners, explains ALL of your options and completes the work in a professional manner. The follow-up was amazing too!

"It was our pleasure to help the Lilly Family with their indoor air comfort needs. In addition to the replacement of their failing air conditioning system, the home also had a number of duct deficiencies present. We identified those problem areas and provided options to the homeowner for repair. In this case, we replaced some of the main ducts that in turn provided a great deal more air flow to the opposite side of the house. Overall cooling in the home was significantly improved."
