This is the most responsive, punctual and professional lawn/home services contractor I have ever dealt with. I had several palm trees die, and called at least 4 tree services to discuss removal. After no call backs, no shows, and others saying it was too small of a job for them, I found Complete Backyard Services online.
After calling, he was able to come out immediately, with prompt call backs and check ins. His pricing was very fair, and he was able to come out the next day completed the work requested, again with punctual check-in calls and communication. He was happy to remove a small set of other plants when asked, and went above and beyond with clean up--he brought in a leaf blower to clean around the patio, picked up other non-job-related debris, and took everything away.
I am very happy with the work, and hope to use them again soon for some larger jobs.
