Had them come out to clean my carpet in a couple bedrooms and carpeted stairs. Two individuals showed up in their car with some cleaning equipment and a vacuum. This wasn't a truck mounted system. Which in hindsight I should have gone with Truck mount instead, which I believe would have given me a deepr clean. I had selected them as I didn't want chemicals introduced into my home and I thought the Citrus cleaner would be better - but now I think it was money better spent elsewhere.
Took them a few hours to clean. They were friendly and professional. My rugs looked and continue to look great but my Berber carpet is another case. Apparently the tools and cleaners they used picked up a lot of human and pet hair and the carpet dried really quickly. But only two-three days afterwards, I vacuumed my carpet with a $70 HEPA filtered vacuum and picked up a ton of dust that was still in the carpet. Their tools might be great for most carpet, but apparently not so much for berber. Also, their cleaning left droplets of black/ blue liquid all over my white baseboards.
