He claimed he needs money to get supplies faster. He said he would return 1/2/2011 to start the project. He has been totally unprofessional. I did a background check on him and he has messed with other people’s money in the past. He doesn’t own anything himself so it’s hard to take him to court. He missed represented himself as a contractor. I have not been able to find a license for him.
