It went pretty bad. At the beginning everything sounded great. We told them our budget was $20 to fully renovate our master bathroom. They came to our home and told us it was feasible and that it would cost $500 to get a design. We had to chase them down almost constantly, but finally, after 2 months of waiting, they arrived to our home with our bathroom design. They provided a good design that looked like it was done within 20 minutes prior to our meeting. Then, they told us it would cost us $32k to do the job. We politely told them that amount exceeded the budget we gave them, so we asked them to change the design to meet our budget. After hundreds of emails and several months going back and forth they said they could not do it for less than that. So we told them, to provide our designs as we were not interested to work with them. I had to BEG for the designs, send daily emails and call every week. After waiting for a few months and hundreds of excuses, they finally sent us the designs but with no measurements. So we were ripped off and wasted our time. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Great initial service. Once the final design ideas were set the contractors started coming. As with any remodel job it seems to go on and on. The end result was nothing less then perfect. Warm, inviting colors with rich fabrics on the drapes and ton of detail. Gotta say, Sherry's drape designs are second to none. And my budget was tough. Had a mix of custom furniture and middle of the road stuff. Never felt like I was paying too much for most of the furnishings. All and all, well worth the wait.
