Brooks Moving & Hauling

Great teamwork among the movers. We were moving our entire business office from one location to another. We had to be out of the old place and into the new place quickly and efficiently. They took care of everything.they showed up on time and didn't stop working until the move was completed. The scheduling staff was amazing! I know I was a difficult customer. I needed to move the date of the appointment 4 or 5 times. Ivana and Michelle were patient and accommodating. I've used many movers and they were by far the best.

10/25/22. Started off early this morning with a call from Alex the driver saying they are on the way! They showed up right on time & immediately put a runner down to protect the flooring & a ramp at the door. Alex, Rubin & Juan were absolutely amazing moving very quickly & carefully bubble wrapping my furniture, pictures etc. All of my things arrived safe and they were 1 hour ahead of schedule finishing up!! The guys neatly folded their blankets & remove all excess boxes, tape, etc. I gave them each a well deserved tip & they are onto the next job. Tyler, who first took my call to Brooks Moving and Hauling, was very professional & followed up with several emails for important tips for packing & moving that I found very helpful. I heard of Brooks because I am FL Realtor & they sent me an email about their moving services. My family & I give all of our donations to the Vietnam Veterans of America, so I was more than happy to use Brooks for my personal move since the owner John Brooks is a USA Veteran! I would give Brooks 10 Stars if I could, and will definitely refer more business to them in the future! Now, I have to start unpacking, but wanted to write this review first! : ) A job well done guys! *Did I mention the price was very reasonable too! Thank you!

The movers showed up on time. The very clean truck was neatly equipped with straps, blankets, tape and dollies to move They planned out the move of each item after carefully wrapping it in blankets and securing the blankets with tape. Upon delivery, they scoped out the stairs hallways and entries to be sure the pieces would fit in and planned out how to move each item without causing damage to any the furniture or the building They were truly professional, clean, polite and friendly A huge difference from the discount moving options. And not priced much more. Alex and Rubin were true professionals.

It went excellent. The gentleman were very professional and willing to wear a mask and take there shoes off. They moved both machines with no difficulty and no damages. I would definitely hire them again.

Brooks made a normally stressful task SO easy…they were quick to quote my move, they could accommodate my timeline and the team that did the actual move was so friendly and professional.

Hands down the most professional and amazing company to work with!! Not only were they the best price but they didn’t have hidden fees. What you see is what you get and what you get is a bunch of hardworking professionals! Don’t get conned by other moving companies like I have.

These guys are great movers. Each employee was courteous and professional and I like I could trust them handling our valuable furnishings. I don't want to move again but if I do I will certainly hire this company again. And I recommended them to a neighbor who hired them a few months ago and she was also very pleased.

Everything was great they packed our things very well and made sure to give us an appointment that accommodated our schedule. We had two houses packed and offloaded at different locations over two days.

From start to finish Brooks Moving blew us away. The price was perfect. They took better care of my stuff than I myself would have. I have recommended them to several friends, family, and clients and they have knocked it out of the park every time. True professionals.
