 + -1 morethe product was defective upon delivery. This company would not stand by the product and would not work with me to have it repaired. They would not return phone calls and when I went to their location to try to discuss with the manager, he would not meet with me (I was told repeatedly that he was unavailable) and kept me waiting for long periods of time. When he finally met with me after several attempts, he was rude and unprofessional. I would not do business with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I purchased a clawfoot tub for a bathroom remodel

 + 0 moreBroedell Plumbing Supply, Inc. were excellent. They have a great selection of toilets. They were really excellent. They also took back a bidet that would not work on my toilets. They took it back with no problem. They know their merchandise. They know what they're selling. They answered all my questions. There products are high quality. They're not a Home Depot. It's high end merchandise. They're reasonable.
Description of Work: I bought some toilets there.

 + 0 moreRather than try to reach your representative by telephone try emailing as this is a much more effective method of communication.
Description of Work: Broedell is a plumbing supply store for bathrooms. They have a fabulous showroom and although initially it was a little wait to see their sales representative as she was busy with a customer the service received was very good. The products were delivered in a timely manner with explanation for any delays. Communication by phone was difficult as they are very busy but emails were responded to in detail and within a couple of hours. We were very satisfied with their service.
