When, and if, the BGG crew shows up, their work is sloppy and unprofessional. We had to hire another electrician to pass the city inspection "By God's Grace" BGG is pathetic. Homeowner be warned!

He never returned to install the dimmer switch. I called and spoke to his wife, she said he would call back. He never did so I tried again and spoke to him he said he would be back once I got the switch. He never came and never responded to anymore of my calls.

There was a wire that kept falling down because he didn't know how to attach it. I asked haven't you done this before? His response was yes but this is different and he didn't know how to keep the wires up. I was able to fix it on my own with a strong double sided tape. 

He was on time for the first visit here. He was nice and personal while he was here. Their lack of response leads me to the grade F. I would not use them again. I had already paid him so I know that's why he didn't return. I know he answers calls while he works because he took many while he was here.

After paying Thomas Watson, owner/operator we found he never did the job.  He was paid in advance as our contractor/neighbor recommended him so we thought he was credible.   He was phoned countless times, saying he would go back out and do job but never did.  Most calls went unreturned.  One time, after months and months of calling him, he picked up the key to our rental property from our home (as tenant was not there - work was at a rental property) assuring this time, he would do job.  After picking up key, he never did job and never returned the key and never phoned back many more calls.  After chasing him for about a year we hired someone else to do the job.  He is not to be used.  He also now calls his company BGG which means By God's Grace.  BEWARE!!!
