They came on time. Did the work and cleaned up as If they were never here. Great people to work with.

They made an unpleasant situation easier to handle. They took care of all the haul away and cleaned the roof so we won't have this problem come back. The workers were really nice and worked really quickly.

One minor commuication error but quickly corrected. The crew arrived as scheduled, were polite and left a clean worksite. The owner also called me with a few recommendations to ensure I would not have this problem again. I would use these guys again.

The Bernhardt team worked very hard for four days during extreme summer heat remediating mold in our large attic with dry ice blasting, fungicide treatments and encapsulation. They sealed the attic access, spread tarps and placed the entire work area under negative pressure with HEPA filters. They did a thorough job cleaning the attic, access area, bedroom and stair carpeting afterwards. They were professional and pleasant. Post-remediation testing showed no residual mold on surfaces. Their price was competitive. I recommend them. They are a family business that takes pride in its work. You work with expereinced principals, not temp help.
