"Thank you for your review. We at AQP guarantee and stand by our work. Our product knowledge of over 30 years and advice given to the homeowner and GC was futile. Unfortunately, the faucets chosen by the homeowner were foreign making it very difficult to install. A credit was given for the 1 faucet which was more than fair. Haven't received any call backs on all the other work performed. The GC Chuck Ward was not communicative and did not coordinate installs w/plumber, making our job much more difficult. Plus the extra work performed, do to the lack of communication was not included in our project contract and was never charged. Some customers you can't please."
