We us them all the time. Their very responsive and very, very good. NA on price. Their quality is excellent. They are very good, the show when they are supposed to show up, they do the work, their good people, their honest.

They've done extensive work for me. They've put in systems, and I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the last ten years. They're fair. It's always too expensive, you know how that goes, but they're fair. He's been good to me. He's done things for me he wouldn't do for other people. Quality's been great.

Great customer service. I called on a Saturday and someone was able to come next day Sunday! Joey the tech was super nice, patient, and knew his stuff. The price they charged was very fair, especially for a Sunday. Will definitely be using this company again.

The check up went well. They were on time and explained what they had inspected and showed me how to clean and replace my filter.
I want to explain the fact that I paid nothing for this service call, which normally would have cost $75. I have recently purchased this property and wanted to make sure everything with the air conditioning and heating system was looking good. I also wanted to know about changing the filter and anything else I needed to know about keeping things functioning properly.
Alford was the name on my air conditioning unit so I gave them a call. I had set up and appointment for the following Friday and somewhere along the line they lost my appointment off their schedule. When I called to inquire where they were then couldn't have been more apologetic and insisted on doing my inspection for free. To me that is the way I like to see business done and being a small business owner myself that is the way I would have handled the situation.

We were very happy with them. They were 100%. Their charges were reasonable. The price was fair.

They showed up within an hour of calling for service. Very professional (booties on before entering the home), polite and got to the problem immediately. We have used Alford several times in the past 10 years and are always impressed with their prompt service and caring attitude.

They have done really well in my opinion. The technician is very effective and NOT pushy at all.

This is now routine maintenance in my house. This drain plugs up about once a year and water runs through my garage ceiling. I called Alford A/C each time it plugged up. They responded quickly and fixed it right away. Now, I call them once or twice a year and have them clean it out before a problem occurs.
One thing I like is that they fix the problem quickly and they never tried to push extra services on us.

The job was ended up being done and it was done satisfactorily. I had a negative experience. They kept telling me different things and some of which weren't true. The price kept varying, up and down. The explanations given were absolutely incredible. I spent a lot of time. I knew the facts about the whole situation. I spoke to several different people. Finally, the general manager was dishonest and the whole process of handling me as a customer. The manager got back to me and reduced the price from $1100 to $400. The price was fine.

They are wonderful and reliable. I would give them a AAA. They are a very good company to deal with.
