Allison called me about 1/2 hour before Glenn, Jeff and another employee arrived. When they arrived they went right to work removing all the furniture and the rugs from the dining room and living room. The floors in the kitchen, a walk-in pantry, 2 storage closets, a hallway and a bathroom were also cleaned. The grout between the tiles now looks as it did when it was originally installed 8 years ago. The men never stopped moving, and they were out within 90 minutes with all the rugs and furniture back in place.

Allison called me 1/2 an hour before the carpet cleaners arrived just as she said she would. The owner of the company, Jeff and his assistant, Glenn, arrived on time. They introduced themselves and started right to work. Jeff gave me some helpful hints on how to keep my carpeting cleaner in the future.
I felt that one area on the wool rug could have been cleaner. No Problem. Jeff went over it again cheerfully and it came out great.
I was very impressed with their work and the professionalism of all three employees.
