I never had a problem until they installed a new air handler. They caused 2 ceiling leaks in my house that cost me $1,400 to fix. They finally did fix what caused the leaks. They said 7 weeks ago they’d pay $360 to reimburse me. Have not seen a penny! If you like your ceiling, DO NOT hire them!

I kept contacting them since they had replaced a unit and I felt like I had to go to them in order?to get warranty service. They really weren't very good -- really bad. I ended up going to another company and they did a lot better job. We had them go out there several times. The parts were under warranty but the labor wasn't so you had to pay extra for. It seems like every time they fixed it something else would happen. I kept going to them because I bought it from them. I thought I had to go through them to be able to get advantage of the warranty. I finally figured it was more expensive to get service from them than it was to pay somebody else to fix it. After they fixed it we were still having issues. I called another company and they went out there and still found some things that had not been fixed properly. While the second company was out there for repair we have not had any problems since.

I would say that my experience was disappointing given how well everything was being handled with the service contract. I didn't bother to ask for my money back as I didn't want the hassle.
