I called the office to schedule service. The office called an electrician already working in the neighborhood and he was at my house in a hour after the call. Very professional and quickly and efficiently repaired our problem at a reasonable cost. Very nice presentation.

While I think the electrical work went well, the overall experience felt more suitable for a construction site than a residential site. There was some cleanup work to do when done, which included sealing off the old AC compressor wire, even though it was no longer live and trash pickup.
