Rick arrived on time, asked exactly what we needed, went right to work and put our shutters into A-1 working condition. He could have overcharged me as I know nothing about these shutters, and advised me that they were in excellent shape and required simply a bi-annual maintenance, which he did. He was honest, and extremely reasonable. In dealing with Contractor down here in south Florida for 25 years, I have seen many bad ones, some good ones, and very few honest ones who took pride in their work. Rick is absolutely the latter.
