Casy examined the inside and outside of your house very carefully. He took plenty of pictures and ask lots of questions about property renevations and updates of our home . He was extremely neat, and respectful of our property. He took great care to wipe his feet before entering our home through any door. Its been quite a while since I have been this impressed by such a nice young man. We will be using him again in the future for more home appraisals.
In addition, if you purchased a home with out 20% down that resulted in you having to pay PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) and you think your home has appreciated in value, then you really should consider hiring a Home Appriaiser to have your house reappraised since you bought it. If your home increased in value and you now have more than 20% equity, loan to value ratio, then you just have to fax the New Appriasal into your mortgage bank, and they have to remove the PMI that you have been paying on the loan. This could save you hundred of dollars every year on the rest of you mortgage loan.
