They were very prompt. They had only 7 clients after 2 years in business, but are also working full time. I expressed concern about this, and they told me they were being very selective. After reviewing their references, I told them I wanted to go ahead. They were making arrangements for cleaners and landscaping but were a few days late calling me. Finally I got an email (with only 10 days left in town) that they "felt horrible and had prayerfully decided it wouldn't work". I talked to Suzy and told her that this was very unprofessional, and they should have told me at the beginning when I raised the concern about their limited client list. They did not update their website or otherwise indicate that they weren't accepting new clients. Stay away from these people!

Interior and Exterior inspection. Check mailbox and newspapers... Inspection of water, AC, fridge, doors, alarm.....

Premier Home Watch check on my house every week during the months i am not using it. As well they pick up my mail every week and if they think there is something important i am informed right away. They are very thorough checking everything to make sure there are no problems. Recently I had an plumbing issue that they discovered and they had it taken care of in a timely manner. Its nice to know that they care and are looking after things in my absence.

Our experience in using Premier Home Watch and Concierge over the past 3 months has been fantastic. They are very responsive to our requests, and have kept us informed each time they inspected our property. Jay and Suzy have been very accommodating to us, and allowed me to ship some furniture from Ikea to their place, and Jay is going to bring it over to our condo and put it together for me. My wife and I are so happy to have people we can trust to take care of our condo while we are in Pa, plus help us with fix-it items and installations as needed. Jay and Suzy were highly recommended by our realtor when we made settlement on our condo in May, and they have exceeded our expectations to date.
