THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME CHOOSE THE RIGHT TIRES AT THE BEST COST AND KEEPING IN MIND THE SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE PERFORMANCE. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE AT BIG O, WHEN I LEFT THERE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.
