Great communication.
They did the normal change of oil and lube, and also checked out the car, to include physical inspection and computer diagnostic testing. They completed what was needed at this time (a minor tune up) to keep the car in good working order and provided recommendation on other services. The group of people there are some of the most honest around. I would highly recommend them for car repair and service.

It was great! They were easy to access early before work, they did a great job, they worked with me on price and deliver and were courteous all the way through. I've used them before on other cars and they are GREAT!

Tuffy did diagnose and repair my clutch but I asked them to evaluate the 1996 Ford Ranger and determine if there were any other issues so I could best determine if it was cost benificial to have the costly repair on such an old vehicle. They stated everything was fine so I had them comeplete the work. Not too long afterward I started having other problems and took it back to them. They gave me an outrageous estimate which of course was disturbing since I just ask them to evaluate the truck. My guess is they did not evaluate the overall truck and were only interested in getting the job. I will say the clutch job was done correctly and I have not had any issues with the clutch since.
