The inspection was very thorough and professional. We were in the process of procuring a home and this inspection was critical to our desicion making. The inspection was impeccable and it was a pleasure to see someone take such pains to make every detail of the inspection precise. David used an infared device to ensure that there was no unwarrant humidity, this was a unique method that was not found nor used by other home inspetors we tried to enlist. The reporting provided by this Mr. Sorge read like a book, it was specific. consistent and unbiased, totally professional with pictures and information, very comprehensive and easy to understand.
