Scott is very personable. Unfortunately, the valance for the blinds was defective. Scott returned once and removed it. He promised to return with a new valance which he has not. Telephoned him on 9/14/2021. He told me that he has hired somebody else to do his installs. When I asked for the persons contact he did not give that to me and said he gave my number to the installer and that he will contact me and he has not.
